Who's creating music here? What do you create? How?

Do you make country music with a banjo and a band of harmonicas or what? Techno with a computer? Voice only with your lungs? ha ha

I'm so grateful for whoever got the idea to put a voice recorder in every new model of celphone (since, what, 2005?)

Music just comes to me, in little scraps of maybe five or six notes. I hum it into a voice recorder, and then try to sort of stitch together a melody later with a verse, shift into a chorus, and maybe a pre-chorus or a bridge...so, very pop music formula. I'm not quite at twenty-minute orchestral movements (yet!)

I'm a mediocre guitarist, and a terrible pianist but I use both of those to figure out some sort of accompaniment or arrangement.

If there's lyrics, I usually write them last to try to fit the music, or adjust the music very little to fit the words that were already there.

Well, sometimes I pick up a guitar and dabble on it until I get something salvageable out of it. Sometimes I just write down random notes and hope for the best. But mostly I dabble on the guitar.

What do you call that soundcloud stuff you've shared then? That's music making!

Well, they all started as dabbles. Then I managed to salvage them and do something with them.

I used to have an Omnichord, and I really loved playing it. They are so easy to play that you can just set all of the pre-sets, and background rhythm that you want, and then just strum along.
Now, Suzuki has a new model and they are supposed to be even better than the original Omnichord. It is called the Q-Chord. I would love to have one again to just play and sing along.
I usually listen to country-western music; so that is what i would be playing if I ever get another Omnichord or a Q-chord.
I really like easy listening songs and ballads like this one.

I am looking and looking, and I just can't find the link for Elly's song ! ! Where is the link at ?? It has to be there because everyone else has listened to the song and commented, but all I can see is the little sentence saying she never said it was going to be good.

About Bunny
Jade Elizabeth is an eccentric young woman who enjoys writing stories and poems with hidden deeper meanings. She is quoted saying “Writing to me is not a hobby. It's a passion. It's something that lets my thoughts expose themselves, and my heart shine through where other art could not.

Commonly her poems are inspired by love or depression, and are dedicated to the people who encouraged the emotion. Given the chance she will readily pull her poems apart, exposing the deeper and hidden meanings behind her words.

Her stories are usually unspoken messages to those close to her – giving every story a hidden meaning. Some things are better left unsaid, or in her case, expressed indirectly through stories.

Jade used to write Documentation for Simple Machines in her free time, but has since begun studying and working, which takes up most of her free time now.
