We're really excited to announce that we are running a competition (via Facebook) for people to win a Melbourne Show ticket!

Obviously this is only something you'd enter if you're able to pick up the ticket as the competition says, so if you're not in Melbourne Australia, or not going to be on Friday the 26th September 2014, then you should not enter ;).



ANY post counts! So why not check out these ideas:
1. You can introduce yourself
2. You could share your writing here or here or artwork here (one piece per post please!)
3. You could share someone elses work here (please include appropriate links/images/video and credits)
4. You could join in with one of our awesome debates
5. You could join in with one of our off topic conversations. We have an area for writing chat and for art chat too.
6. You could ask for help with art or help with writing.
7. You could click "Recent Activity" and discover topics being actively discussed that you haven't seen yet. Click here for an explanation on what the recent activity button can do for you (must read for new members).
8. You can talk about freelancing with our other freelancers.
9. You can try out a challenge (time consuming ;))
10. You can request a badge (read the post carefully) so people can see what you'd like to be recognised for (Like I am a Poet!) This one won't count as a post but it's nice to have a fancy badge ;D.

About Bunny
Jade Elizabeth is an eccentric young woman who enjoys writing stories and poems with hidden deeper meanings. She is quoted saying “Writing to me is not a hobby. It's a passion. It's something that lets my thoughts expose themselves, and my heart shine through where other art could not.”

Commonly her poems are inspired by love or depression, and are dedicated to the people who encouraged the emotion. Given the chance she will readily pull her poems apart, exposing the deeper and hidden meanings behind her words.

Her stories are usually unspoken messages to those close to her – giving every story a hidden meaning. Some things are better left unsaid, or in her case, expressed indirectly through stories.

Jade used to write Documentation for Simple Machines in her free time, but has since begun studying and working, which takes up most of her free time now.
