I am sure, at some point, everyone has made homemade popcicles. Here is a twist on a old favorite that will have both adults and kids looking for more.

Get some 100% berry juice. Preferable blackberry, cherry or raspberry. A blend of the 3 juices is ok too...just make sure there is NO high fructose corn syrup, grape or apple juice in the mix.

Get some fresh or frozen blackberries and some paper cups, popsicle sticks, and either plastic wrap or aluminum foil, as well.

Set out as many cups as you want to make ice lollies.  In a blender mix the juice and blackberries well and then pour some of the liquid into each cup. Cover the top of each cup with some aluminum foil or plastic wrap and then carefully poke the popsicle sticks through the aluminum foil or plastic wrap into the liquid.

Set in freezer for a few hours and voila! Blackberry Ice Lollies! =P

That sounds AWESOME! I wonder if it's good with oranges, the pulp would replace the need for other berries if you had enough of it :D. Hell just massacre some oranges and you've got your juice and pulp XD.

I don't see why it wouldn't work with oranges...that sounds pretty tasty to me too! I'm gonna have to try the orange ice lollies version of this recipe. It sounds SO Summery!

I know right?!

Hey you know what you should do...you should leave some chunky bits of fruit in there. Like strawberries or slices of lemon...
