When I was still in school, I really loved English literature. I learned about different stories and novels there. However, if i am asked about my favorite subject, I would say Science - Biology to be specific. I always dreamed of being a veterinarian or a doctor, so I was really interested in it.

What was your favorite subject/course?

I loved to read, and I also liked English, and learning about sentence structure. We even had the subject of Greek and Latin roots, and I really enjoyed learning those. You can literally learn how words are put together one you learn the different roots words, and then the prefixes and suffixes to put on them.

However, I think that art was always the class that I loved the most !
Drawing horses and people was a passion of mine in school, and all of my papers had horse doodles on them. I did try to restrain myself when it was a paper that I had to turn in, but even some of those got a horse or two on them.

Science, for me. I always loved the deeper appreciation for the natural world that it gave me. My only objection is that, well, science class taught facts and not processes. When I finally got in a class with a good science teacher, I whinged about having to repeat experiments until I understood why. Then, I really appreciated science, how it came to the facts it taught in the first place through mind-numbingly persnickety labor on a scale that would often earn the qualifier "sheer" and then peer reviews.

I wish science classes taught processes right off the bat, actually, not just facts; because it's through the process that the facts can change.

I enjoyed English Literature in school, but then at University it was different and not so much fun dissecting books, even though I got to choose what to read within reason.

I was better at History and enjoyed it because it made sense and questions had answers or evidence pointing to theories. I studied both at University and ended up enjoying History more than English, but also the teachers made a difference to my enjoyment. My English teachers were not much fun and the History ones had a sense of humor.

Mathematics.

I admire your courage! LOL.

I was never good at that subject. I got my first 79 (failing grade) because of Math.

My great grandfather was a mathematical genius, as was my grandfather. I grew up surrounded by numbers and learnt to love them. I was lucky to be gifted with a skill with numbers.
