Do you have a spot to write?

I pretty much stick to the computer... but I love it when no one can see my page, and I'm comfy ;D

I usually write in bed at night, after the house has gone all quiet.

I usually write in my head to start with.. It's the getting it onto paper part I have trouble with. I don't like to write it because it feels too final.

I have that issue with bad stuff. It's not "final" more.. it feels like it makes it true.

I can agree with that. :D Sometimes I wish what I write was true, hehe.

I write on the computer mostly. But lately, my posture has been so bad it's beginning to hurt physically. :[ So I've been debating whether or not to write ALL the story on paper, when usually I just write tidbits.

I have three recliners positioned in the most comfortable and relaxing parts of the house.  All of them are near enough a consistent source of electrons such that the lappie doesn't have to starve for power.

I do a lot of my writing outdoors, on the patio.  I'll do a lot of brainstorming in the hammock with a pen and paper.  I'll also brainstorm out on the river while Jay does the fishing (I can't eat fish, so I don't bother catching them, but I LOVE to drive the boat).

I think the important part here is to be Comfortable!

I totally understand you. I used to write my novel in my folder in the center of a loud classroom where I was often shoved or run into by people mucking around. You learn to switch off enough to focus but not enough so that someone calling is blocked out too - though sometimes you can't help it if you get a flow up!

exactly - my lil ppl will climb on my lap if i get 'in the zone' w/ my writing. not a chance they would let me miss them. :)

it's going to be so much easier though w/ a laptop instead of the writing and dragon at night.

Not sure what the dragon is but amen on the laptop. I wanted one so I could go type at the park or on the couch. Just a small one I could take with me :).

you can get it roughly 50 dollars for the standard version - then go to their website and DL the 64bit if you have vista or better and you're in business.

About Bunny
Jade Elizabeth is an eccentric young woman who enjoys writing stories and poems with hidden deeper meanings. She is quoted saying “Writing to me is not a hobby. It's a passion. It's something that lets my thoughts expose themselves, and my heart shine through where other art could not.

Commonly her poems are inspired by love or depression, and are dedicated to the people who encouraged the emotion. Given the chance she will readily pull her poems apart, exposing the deeper and hidden meanings behind her words.

Her stories are usually unspoken messages to those close to her – giving every story a hidden meaning. Some things are better left unsaid, or in her case, expressed indirectly through stories.

Jade used to write Documentation for Simple Machines in her free time, but has since begun studying and working, which takes up most of her free time now.
