I'm just curious about how many of you have thought about cover designs. Many of you are writing stories or novels and if you publish youre going to need a great cover. So have you thought about it? What have you considered or learnt about the design and composition of your future cover?

That concept seems like such a far off dream I've never really gone there mentally. I can say I'd throw a fit though if I some how ended up with one of those covers that's NOTHING like the book...

Scary topic but no I havent thought about it at all. That competition we did was pretty hard though.

Man, let me refigure out what my book is about, and THEN I'll think of book covers!

The font probably won't be too flowery though, because my current title is "The Daughter of Mara," and I don't want to cut out male readers entirely. haha

It was hard because we had to make up titles and covers. I think it would have been harder if we had to do it for an existing story though.

That's true, but most people here have some sort of idea in their head for their own stories, or don't have their own stories, so I sort of left it open ended!
