No, this is not about my sex life, and, no, there is no specific reason any of you should read this. I just enjoy explaining myself, and have had no one to ramble to.
I consider myself to be pansexual, meaning I fall in love with the person, not their junk (or lack thereof). Meaning I get the hots for transgenders, girls, androgynous, boys, etc. The thing that pisses me off is people assume I'm this way because I like sex. This is false. I'm not saying I don't like sex, I'm saying that isn't why I'm pansexual. I don't like EVERYONE. I hate most people, in fact. I just have the ability to fall in love with anyone, based on their personality.
Given that, one would assume I've had experience with multiple genders. This is also false. I have only been with guys and have only had crushes on a few girls. There are several reasons for this.

1. Where I grew up (and where I am now, apparently) there were very few bi girls and no lesbian girls or transgenders or anything. Of the few bisexual chicks there were, most of them said they were bi so more guys would like them. The one I knew that didn't had a boyfriend for most of the time I've known her.

2. Most of the chicks I know are either not my type, straight, taken, or whores. I hate whores. I despise them. If I'm looking at a chick's profile online and she repeatedly uses innuendos or shows too much cleavage or a thong, I click out of it in disgust. Same goes for guys. Not saying that a chick who mentions she enjoys sex but also has a wide range of hobbies that have nothing to do with sex is out of the picture. I mean, we're all adults here. I just have no respect for those who take it too far.

3. I only realized I wasn't straight last summer, and I was going through a major break up at that time, so I wanted a comfortably familiar rebound, not a extremely new dating experience.

And that's about it, I think. I'll post something else if I think of it ^_^

I think it is great that you focus on the person and not the package.
I personally dont worry about the sexuality of others, to me its a bit like their 'belief' system..if it works for them who am I to judge?

Booo! Hisss!

I just enjoy explaining myself, and have had no one to ramble to.

It's cool. Happens to the best of us.

I consider myself to be pansexual, meaning I fall in love with the person, not their junk (or lack thereof).
And here I was thinking that you were some sort of deviant that got turned on by cookware.

At least it's better than those metrosexuals. How can someone be so disturbed as to fuck a train?

Meaning I get the hots for transgenders, girls, androgynous, boys, etc.
That doesn't really make you too different from at least 60% of the world, at least, according to most studies. The difference really just seems to be admitting it.

The thing that pisses me off is people assume I'm this way because I like sex. This is false. I'm not saying I don't like sex, I'm saying that isn't why I'm pansexual.
I assumed it was because you were indecisive. But that's just an assumption.

I don't like EVERYONE. I hate most people, in fact.
Ah, misanthropy, the crest of the fountain of teenage angst. A worthless endeavour, punctuated by meaningless rage and hate.

I just have the ability to fall in love with anyone, based on their personality.
Most people do. Most people choose not to. Other people end up in Brokeback Mountain style situations.

Given that, one would assume I've had experience with multiple genders.
I assumed you were just like most kids who use uncommon words to define their sexuality; undersexed and alone on Saturday nights.

This is also false.
Called it in midair.

I have only been with guys and have only had crushes on a few girls. There are several reasons for this.
"I don't have any game." better be on this list. If it isn't, the highest grade you'll get is a C.

1. Where I grew up (and where I am now, apparently) there were very few bi girls and no lesbian girls or transgenders or anything.
So, you live in America, in a city of less than a million people.

Of the few bisexual chicks there were, most of them said they were bi so more guys would like them. The one I knew that didn't had a boyfriend for most of the time I've known her.
Just like the girls who say they like all kinds of things just so more guys would like them. Or guys who say they like things so that more girls will like them. Sexuality isn't much different in that regard, really.

2. Most of the chicks I know are either not my type, straight, taken, or whores. I hate whores. I despise them.
Picky, picky. Just because (I assume) you don't have the goods, it doesn't mean you have to hate on people who do, and flaunt it.

If I'm looking at a chick's profile online and she repeatedly uses innuendos or shows too much cleavage or a thong, I click out of it in disgust.
Why hello there, puritanical sense of propriety! I didn't expect to find you here, lurking in this topic of nonstandard sexuality! Why don't you run along and put on your thick clothing. Don't show any ankle now, that could be improper!

Same goes for guys. Not saying that a chick who mentions she enjoys sex but also has a wide range of hobbies that have nothing to do with sex is out of the picture. I mean, we're all adults here. I just have no respect for those who take it too far.
I mean, we're all adults here, I just have no respect for those who discount a person just by the way they dress. I mean, isn't that just so shallow? That's like not being interested in someone because they're a giant hambeast, or have no chin, or have a neckbeard, or are so pasty that the sun has to put on shades because they're so white! I mean, it's like those people who look down on you because you don't wear American Eagle or Ambercrombie and Fitch or you got your shirts from Academy or Target. Or because they like making model trains or playing D&D.

Not that it's not okay to discriminate, but fucking seriously, you have to be pulling my leg on that one. That is quite possibly the most bullshit discrimination on trivial shit that I've seen. This isn't counting real discrimination like gender or race, naturally. Which is an entirely different ballgame.

3. I only realized I wasn't straight last summer, and I was going through a major break up at that time, so I wanted a comfortably familiar rebound, not a extremely new dating experience.
So, fear as a motivator!

Anyway, as from someone who's dated girls and guys? It's not really a new dating experience unless you're still living with your parents. Then it's just easier to arrange 'date time' and 'sleepovers'.

And that's about it, I think. I'll post something else if I think of it ^_^

Right.

The cleavage thing was not stated the best of ways. I'm fine with chicks who wear low cut shirts, I just don't like several profile picks of their boobs practically hanging out and/or pics of them from behind wearing a thong and bent over suggestively. If there are tons of those pics and no other pics, it's not someone I'd be interested in. And it's also the attitude of people. From what I see, there are three main attitudes:
1. "What? I don't have seeex" *giggle* (is actually on her way to give a blow job to a few guys she just met)
2. "Mmmm... I loooove sex. I just looooove giving head aaaall the time"
3. "Hm? Yeah, I have sex. I'm probably going to have sex with that guy over there" *shrugs*

I'm sure it's obvious I prefer the third one. To them, sex is just a natural thing they enjoy and they're not shy about doing it, at the same time that's not their major point of attracting people.

And, yes, Andre. I did forget to put "I don't have any game" on the list. My bad ^_^"

I'm sure there are some other points I forgot to counter and should have, so I'll probably look at this later. I actually have a Criminal Justice report I should be doing ^_^" Thank you, Andre, for brightening my morning (it started out rather crappy) ^_^

To be honest, while they can be annoying, I don't see much issue with them. Most of the time they're out of my general give-a-damn demographic. Granted, they make for AMAZING hook-ups and one-night stands, but then again, nobody in that situation ever sees their profile. Ever.

If there are tons of those pics and no other pics, it's not someone I'd be interested in.
Everyone has preferences, I guess. I'm just tetchy about the immediate branding of 'WHORES!' and shit like that. I don't know why, but it irritates me.

Hey now, in the South, especially Arkansas, oral sex does not count as sexual relations. So she could be completely honest.

2. "Mmmm... I loooove sex. I just looooove giving head aaaall the time"
Don't see what's wrong with this one.

3. "Hm? Yeah, I have sex. I'm probably going to have sex with that guy over there" *shrugs*
Yay, enthusiasm! Though, all things considered, everyone lies about their sex life when asked by complete fucking strangers. Especially women, because people label promiscuous women in a variety of ways, none of them good. Congratulations, you're one of 'em!

I'm sure it's obvious I prefer the third one.
I couldn't tell at all from the biased skewing!

To them, sex is just a natural thing they enjoy and they're not shy about doing it, at the same time that's not their major point of attracting people.
What about people who just want to fuck? If I want to just have sex with someone, why the shit do I care if they play foosball? Is it less natural for someone to just want to screw, rather than putting up with relationship shit?

And, yes, Andre. I did forget to put "I don't have any game" on the list. My bad ^_^"
It happens.

I'm sure there are some other points I forgot to counter and should have, so I'll probably look at this later.
Feel free. I'm at home now, so I can poke and prod all the time.

I actually have a Criminal Justice report I should be doing ^_^" Thank you, Andre, for brightening my morning (it started out rather crappy) ^_^

Anytime, yo. Except for when I'm hungry, then I become an INTERNET RAGE MACHINE.

Criminal Justice is pretty awesome. I loved that class when I took it in high school, and my sister likes it now that she's in college. Good luck on your paper.

It cheapens the profession when you label everyone that owns a vagina and doesn't keep it hidden in the closet a whore.  Actually, it cheapens the profession to call anyone that has sex for reasons other than making a wage a whore.  It also cheapens it by implying being a whore is a bad thing.  Haven't we vilified them enough?

Oh, man. This post. (yes, I am bored and there have been few posts lately, so I'm going through a lot of my old posts). The whores thing was me being bitter about this chick I was best friends with. She never hesitated to flaunt her boobs, or flirt with just about everyone she met, and when we were best friends, I attributed that to her confidence. Later, I found out she was a stupid lying manipulative bitch, and decided that she only acted sexual because she was afraid no one would love her if she didn't have such great boobs (she was a big girl, but well proportioned and had an attractive face), so she upped her openness about sexuality in order to attract guys, then complained when they treated her like an object (this last bit she did, quite frequently).
Thus, I attributed "whorish" activity to this girl, and despised anyone who reminded me of her. Also for some reason there was still a bit of "females shouldn't have sex with whoever they want because that's bad" lingering in my brain at this time, but I'm pretty sure it was mostly me being bitter about a bitch. Because I am unfortunately a pretty bitter person.

If it weren't for STDs I would be a porn star or a professional escort.

How did you find out you weren't straight? I feel the same way. It's what is on the inside that matters. Although, I would not call myself pansexual because I do have some preferences.

I think it's awesome that you don't have hang-ups about the whole sexual identity thing. I never thought it should ever matter.

I have a cousin who was literally born both male and female. Intersexed I think they call it now-a-days. However she, (K prefers to be called 'she'), likes girls and always has. Never had any attraction to guys.

A fair few family members apparently got really bent about this and swear K is gay and needs to stop being that way.  I'm like, "HOW can she be gay? She is literally a he/she...inside and out...why does it even fucking matter?!"

Some people. *pfft* 8-)

It is somehow good that through your experiences, you were able to know yourself better and I think that's really valuable.  It is important that we become sure who we really are and what we want out of life.  When you realized that you're not straight, I'm sure it gave you such a relief because finally, yourself is not a stranger to you anymore.
